Characteristics

The GF7500GB pump packing, with an NBR rubber core, is composed of pure PTFE yarn combined with 100% GORE® GFO® PTFE expanded yarn with encapsulated graphite and silicone lubricant. The particularity of this yarn is to combine the advantages of PTFE and graphite. The encapsulation of the graphite in the expanded PTFE eliminates the migration of the graphite itself and mitigates the thermal expansion common to all PTFE packing. 

Applications

The GF7500GB packing with an NBR rubber core, made with combined PTFE yarns (PTFE + egPTFE GORE® GFO®), is suitable for all centrifugal dynamic applications. It is an excellent general-purpose seal suitable for all industrial fluids except for strong oxidants and those not compatible with PTFE, graphite, and rubber. The GF7500GB packing 100% GORE® GFO® is flexible, elastic, easy to cut, and install.
