The most innovative graphite packing in the Performer range is INCOBRAID® GR8807, the patented PAN graphite packing with discontinuous microfilament reinforcement. However, the GR80SGR graphite packing and its special version GR80SGR OXY for oxygen applications are also highly advanced and innovative gaskets, designed for the most severe and LOW EMISSION applications. PTFE Packings represent an important group within the range of Packings. There are many versions of the PTFE Packing available: dry and lubricated, food-grade, and graphite-filled. The entire range of PTFE Packings, including GF7700 100% GORE® GFO®, is produced in collaboration with W.L. Gore, a partner of Carrara for over 25 years. Aramidic yarn Packings for dynamic applications, including para-aramidic and meta-aramidic, such as the KD6605 and PA3604 Packings, and those made with special yarns for abrasive applications, like the N1704 and N1706 Packings, occupy a significant part of the Packing range. Even the most established Packings, such as the Glass fiber yarn Packings V9907 and V9944 or the general-purpose Packings like N3404 and N2609, are manufactured with the utmost care in material selection and production to always ensure Carrara quality.
