Characteristics

The main feature of the compression packing style GF7700 is to combine the qualities of the ePTFE and this of the graphite. The encapsulation of graphite in the expanded PTFE stops the graphite's migration and reduces the thermal expansion of the packing. 

Applications

The gland packing style GF7700 100% GORE® GFO® is recommended for all dynamic applications and mainly for the centrifugal pumps. It is an excellent packing suitable for all industrial fluids with the exception of strong oxidants and those not compatible with PTFE and graphite. The compression packing style GF7700 is a packing flexible, resilient, easy to cut and install. Even today offers an unmatched performance in the sealing of pumps, agitators and mixers. It is marked to guarantee its originality 100% GORE® GFO.
