This gasket kit for industrial valves is designed for low-emission applications with hydrocarbons, hydrogen, VOCs, VHAPs, non-oxidizing chemicals, and steam.
CONTROLLER ONE EVO has been designed and manufactured to meet the demand for reliable products compliant with Low Emission requirements.
The graphite rings are molded in the characteristic Cup & Cone section, which, when compression load is applied, generates a thrust toward the stem and the stuffing box, increasing the sealing level and meeting TA LUFT VDI 24040 low emission requirements even with low tightening loads.
CONTROLLER ONE EVO is manufactured from ultra-pure graphite, ensuring moderate weight loss at high temperatures in accordance with EN14772 – section 6.7, while offering superior resistance to high temperatures and operational loads, meeting the most stringent requirements for industrial applications.
