Composition
The Controller One Evo sealing ring kit consists of expanded mineral graphite Valvograph and GR80SGR braid. This set has been designed and manufactured to meet the growing demand for reliable products that comply with TA LUFT VDI 2440 Low Emission requirements. The graphite rings are stamped in the characteristic Cup & Cone section, which, when compressed, generates a thrust towards the stem and the chamber, improving the sealing level and meeting low emission requirements even with low clamping loads. Controller One Evolution is made with pure graphite to ensure moderate weight loss at high temperatures, in accordance with EN14772 - Section 6.7 requirements.
Characteristics
