The RING JOINT RTJ GASKET are primarily used in the Oil & Gas field, but are also diffused in other applications for which is required great resistance in high pressure and temperature.
These gasket can be made with any metallic material which is selected by the end user according to design performance required. The Ring Joint RTJ are available in different shapes as R, RX, BX, SBX, SRX and IX according to different standards and norms.
From a technical point of view the Ring Joint must guarantee dimansional accordance with the standard tolerances and hardness lower than the groove in order to allow the gasket’s deformation.
