The  bidirectional structured PTFE gasketing sheets Planiflon™ are made with special resins and inorganic fillers. The special processing technique minimizes the material's cold flow, giving to the sheets the characteristic attribute of bidirectionality.

 

The product range of the Planiflon™ includes the following products:

 

  • B13 - Modified PTFE with silica filler
  • B14 - Modified PTFE with hollow glass microspheres filler
  • B15 - Modified PTFE with barium sulphate filler
  • B58 - Microcellular Modified PTFE layers with pure modified PTFE core
  • B60 - Microcellular Modified PTFE with Inorganic fillers
  • E12 - Bi-directional expanded PTFE 

 

These materials offer high thermal stability, excellent chemical compatibility, and outstanding sealing performance, even under high pressure and temperature conditions.
They are suitable for use in flanges, piping systems, valves, and equipment that require reliable sealing, even with aggressive gases and fluids.
