The correct length of the individual rings and the quality of the cut are determining factors in achieving maximum sealing performance. The ring length L must be calculated using the formula shown below, where "s" represents the packing size (8, 10, ...). The use of appropriate personal protective equipment during packing cutting operations is recommended.
