The Planix™ Megatherm line includes a complete range of gasket sheets designed for high-temperature services with oxidizing fluids that cannot be handled by graphite gaskets. The products are manufactured either with vermiculite treated with special biosoluble fibers or with phlogopite mica, offering customers a wide choice.
The Planix™ Megatherm sheets are available with or without metallic reinforcement. The perforated SS316L support foil provides structural strength and facilitates installation, while the vermiculite, biosoluble fibers, phlogopite mica, and silicone resin ensure flexibility and resistance to external agents.
Sheets without reinforcement are also suitable as insulating material due to the high dielectric value of mica.
